Several years ago, we announced the AKC’s plan to film the Breeders of the Year, an endeavor by the AKC Parent Club Committee’s subcommittee on Breeder’s Development’s efforts to preserve for posterity those breeders who have made a difference in the preservation and improvement of their breeds.
